Some of the quality features you may be looking for are ... 12 ft. horizontal projection arms, 8-year Acrylic fabric (moisture, mildew, fade resistant), powder coated steel torsion bar, dual stainless steel arm cables, multi-chamber arms, adjustable pitch mechanism, stainless steel hardware. These are standard features of the MAUI. This is not the cheesy 70' style (plasticl awning with side arms) you are used to seeing advertised. This awning has a designer look and feel, with 35+ acrylic solid & stripe choices. It comes fully assembled to your door and is easy to install. When we say "easy" we mean it.
