Summary: Easy Project
Comment: These are great. Just the thing for an easy project that turns out looking great and very usable! I just had Home Depot cut the 2 x 4's for me, stained them the color I wanted and screwed them in to these supports. Great product!

Summary: Description needs to be written differently
Comment: Maybe it is just me, but when I purchased this item, I thought I was getting everything I needed. It was only after I purchased that I read customer reviews (I should have read it first) and realized I had to go buy and cut the wood. I did finish it and it is quite nice. So, I guess the description deserves the 2 stars, but the finished product and ease of construction gets 4 stars. It took me quite a while to get it put together...I had trouble getting the screws in straight.

Summary: easy to assemble
Comment: So far this product has worked great. It was easy to assemble as the instructions were clear. I recommend using pressure treated wood or cedar for the 2 X 4's.

Summary: great item...easy to put together..even a woman can do it!!

Summary: Rock Solid! IF purchased though Amazon! (read further)
Comment: Solid as a rock. Great Product - works and looks just as described and pictured. My advice? Get Thomson's pressure treated (or any pressure treated pine) 2X4s with this hardware. If you go the outdoor hardwoods you will find it much, much more difficult to assemble, even with a power or cordless screwdriver.
Also, only buy this product, and all other 2X4Basic products, THROUGH AMAZON! Do not get them through a third party vendor (as I did with the 2X4Basics Table/Bench (with backrest). You will pay a fortune in shipping! I bought one through BuilderDepot and paid over $50.00 in shipping. Yes, that was fifty (five oh) in shipping. Learn by my mistake!
The product (purchased though Amazon) is highly recommended. --Mykal Banta
