Comment: My husband and son put the picnic table and benches together in a couple of hours one afternoon. They made it 7' long. My husband did put a couple of boards in the center of the table (underneath) for extra support and we had ordered two more of the bench kits so my husband used one set of bench braces to firm up the benches. (Three braces on each bench instead of two.) That leaves braces for a single bench to put on the back deck. The picnic table is VERY sturdy and should last a life time if taken care of. Luv this product and would definitely recommend it!

I stain them with a Natural Cedar Stain water repelant.

Comment: We were very please with the item. The bench will be really easy to assemble and disassemble for the winter. Go to Lowes or Home depot and ask them to cut the wood pieces for you and all you have to do is bring them home and screw it together.
