Summary: Consider Before Buying
Comment: I bought this tub for our back patio in a city duplex and while set-up was easy, the weak heating/filtration system means you have to really plan your soak.

For example, if you want to soak twice in one day (or your kids, then you, etc.) the heat drops steadily once the cover is removed and will only regain 1 degree per hour ONCE THE COVER IS PUT BACK ON. To make matters worse, the blower (bubbles) drops the temp 2 degrees every fifteen minutes. If you like your water near the max temp of 104, this means you can only comfortably soak for about 15-30 minutes and you need to space your soaks about 4-6 hours apart.

Unless you really need the portability, this spa is not a very well engineered product.

The good: quick set-up, tough material.
The bad: heater only increases temp 1 degree per hour WHEN COVERED; once the cover is off, the heater cannot maintain temp which means you have a short window to soak as the water cools; with blowers on, the water temp decreases approx. 2 degrees per 15 minutes; filter insufficient for size of tub which results in frequent water changes; power cord is only 10' feet long and warranty is void if using an extension cord.

Summary: Living the life
Comment: I purchased this product and was skeptical about quality and performance. Man, am I happy with my purchase. I think the quality is par but the performance was very good. The spa does not get very hot but plenty comfortable and soothing. The motor provides plenty of power for an massaging environment. Because the spa does draw out door air the temp does drop a couple of degrees but not enough to ruin the experience. I live in a warm and humid climate, so I can only guess that a cold climate might produce negative reviews for this product. That being said, I was surprised that so many were recommending. I to recommend. Very good item for the price.

Summary: 4 Stars for the price
Comment: I bought it as a Christmas present for my wife because she has a lot of back pain. She absolutely loves it and says that her back feels so much better after each use. We get in it at least 2-3 times per week. It fits us two and our daughters just fine. I paid under $500 for the spa. For that price I simply can't complain. But here's my take on the good and the bad. The good: It is very fast and easy to set up, it looks nice, it is very comfortable to sit in, the jets are strong, and the water is hot!!! The bad: it is fairly loud when the jets are running, the water cools off very fast when the jets are running (and I have it indoors in my basement), and the filtration system seems to get dirty pretty fast (you have to clean the filter at least once a week or the water starts getting cloudy)

Summary: Took a long time to get the chemicals right
Comment: I had alot of problems getting the item. It was delivered to the wrong address in another city (A mistake by UPS). When it finally arrived I was so excited. It was really simple to set it up (even thou the directions or not very clear). The main problem was the chemicals. The advertisement does not tell you about them. You have to purchase the chemicals seperately. It took my husband about 4-5 days to finally get them right. We just had an opportunity to enjoy it this past Friday. It really gave us the spa experience. It felt wonderful. We stayed in about 45 minutes. It lost 5-6 degrees in that time. Overall I really liked it and would buy again. [...] customer service was excellent.

Summary: poor investment
Comment: Do not waste your money. After six months, my heater went out and the company wanted $108.00 for postage to send me a replacement even tho it had a 1 year warrenty. When I spend $700, I expect it to last more than 6 months. Also, it losed heat very fast, especially in cold weather.
