Comment: The umbrella looks like the picture I ordered from and that's good.
I forgot to fold the umbrella downbefore a major rain and wind storm we had last month and it was still standing thanks to the very effective companion stand it was in and the wind didn't seem to rip or affect the umbrella at all. I'm not going to make a habit of leaving it out however.
The other pleasant thing was that Amazon applied a cedit balance to the purchase that I didn't even know I had. Nice going.

Comment: Before purchasing this umbrella,and scouring stores, I read the reviews which were very helpful. I was searching for an umbrella to be used with our small tile bistro table. The size is PERFECT. It was easy to assemble and is very well made. Classy addition to our deck area. It shipped to me in lightning speed. Great buy!

Comment: I bought two of these for the beach. Similar beach umbrellas were going to $200+ and I couldn't see spending the money when I could buy these for $29 each. The only difference I could see is the beach umbrellas had a point at the end of the pole. They were a little heavier than I thought they would be but still work great. I plan to buy a beach cart to make it easier to hull them to the beach. I bought sand anchors for $14 each and now I have very wind worthy and stylish beach umbrellas at a fraction of the cost of the real thing.

Comment: Purchased as a gift for a small patio, first time home owner as a starter. Worked well for their needs. They can upgrade as they pull together their patio design. I personally prefer a canvas lid.
