In 1973 Pierre Paulin designed the 598, the "groovy" seating shell, and quickly becomes the darling of the groovy avant-garde. Special is the base with an aluminium profile, anodised or coated. Is part of the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne. Designed by Pierre Paulin, 1960
