Comment: I wanted a hammock stand that was minimalist in design, yet very sturdy and easy to dis-assemble and store over the winter months. This one clicks together or apart in a jiffy and stores compactly. It worked perfectly for our double-size rope hammock and was fairly easy to drag and relocate on the lawn without needing two people to move it. I think this one is going to stand the test of time because of its quality construction, but if I ever needed to buy a new one, I'd get one of these again in a heartbeat.
