Summary: Plenty of light
Comment: This is a great light. It is a general area light, diffusing its light over a wide area. It provides light to work by, but it also doubles as a great light when your power goes out and you want light to live by. It is bright enough that you can read by it. For work, I use it as a supplimental light along with my more directed DeWalt light source.
Construction is solid. This is a typical DeWalt product. It will last forever and never fail you when you need it.

Summary: Great addition
Comment: I have both 12V and 18V tools, with the majority of my cordless tools being 12V. This is an excellent addition to my 18V tool collection to provide area light, while my 12V light is more of a spot light. Excellent addition to my 18V tool set.
