Comment: I looked for two years in the stores for a small umbrella for our small glass patio set, but could only find larger umbrellas. The few small umbrellas I did find were online, but the prices were higher than the prices for large umbrellas. I ordered this umbrella when it was a gold box deal, and was shocked when it was on my doorstep the next day! The price was really good, and am very happy with the product. The quality is great, and it is so easy to open and close. The pole is wood, and the accents are gold. It looks great on my upper patio, and is the perfect size for the small space, as it does not interfere with opening the back door. This umbrella is perfect for any small bistro-type table and for someone with a small space.

Comment: It's strong, sturdy and keeps the rain off of your head. However, I was replacing (though I didn't realize it) an 8 or 9 foot umbrella, so this, while serviceable, didn't quite fit our needs as we have a large patio table.

Comment: The umbrella looks like the picture I ordered from and that's good.

I forgot to fold the umbrella downbefore a major rain and wind storm we had last month and it was still standing thanks to the very effective companion stand it was in and the wind didn't seem to rip or affect the umbrella at all. I'm not going to make a habit of leaving it out however.

The other pleasant thing was that Amazon applied a cedit balance to the purchase that I didn't even know I had. Nice going.
